Reiki Therapy
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki is meant to resolve emotional distress by allowing healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, which results in relaxation throughout the body. (Individual sessions)

Hypnosis
Hypnotherapy is not we have known in theatrical shows – something of a magic. Hypnotherapy is a heightened state of concentration and focused attention used for pain management, grief loss, weight loss, self-esteem, certain medical conditions, such as migraines, phobias, etc. (Individual sessions).

Meditation has many scientifically proven benefits. Before meditation I wasn't able to connect with nature .I wasn't able to feel unheard of sounds and invisible things that have connection with soul . I can now feel good and bad vibrations if I go somewhere .I enjoyed my company alone .I became familiar with the word "energy" and "chakras" and know that there is a whole world to study upon onwards in future.I am now a better version of myself than before, more powerful and clear towards my decisions .I am trying to become more positive in my thoughts through meditation and breathing techniques taught by Sir Awais .I am thankful for Sir Awais , because of his sessions I am a different person now .
